About Us

We’re Kiera and Ayden! Obviously we’re both animal crazy and met at Hadlow College when we were 16 and 17. In 2018 we both got our degrees. Kiera achieved an FdSc Applied Animal Behavioural Science and Welfare and Ayden achieved an FdSc Aquaculture and Fishery Management.

We always knew we wanted our own business and spent a long time trying to figure out how to incorporate both of our passions into one business, so we came up with The Micro Zoo! This allowed Kiera to love on all things fluffy and scaley, and Ayden to manage people’s ponds and aquariums! 

We have mini zoo of our own and own a cat, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, a bearded dragon, a salamander, a leopard gecko and a tortoise! 

We genuinely take so much pride in our job and treat all your babies as if they were our own!
